SCS mission is to assist international firms in many of their Middle East concerns, and to act as a business consultant, as a representative agent or as a local partner, and to provide valuable expertise and services in identifying Contracting projects and  Trading opportunities in areas of interest. 

SCS endeavors to assist international companies in establishing a strong presence in the Middle East, and to help them form successful local strategic alliances with local partners.

SCS will evaluate potential investment possibilities, conduct feasibility studies and market research and offer Management, HR, Quality and Engineering training.
